Websmyth provides website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services on a subscription basis. Our services include creating custom websites, providing hosting and security, and offering ongoing maintenance and updates as specified in your chosen plan.
3. Demo
We offer a website demo to prospective clients. This demo is provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are under no requirement to proceed with our paid services after receiving a demo. The demo remains our intellectual property until you subscribe to a paid plan.
4. Subscription & Payment
Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis:
- •Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
- •Domain registration fees and third-party tools are billed separately if applicable
- •No refunds are provided for partial months of service
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information for your website
- •Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- •Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
- •Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and processes used to create your website. You may not resell or redistribute our work to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Websmyth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
